Our client has an exciting and rare opportunity for an established Clinical leader to join their team to utilise their skills and expertise to drive and set clinical standards and continue to offer the excellent level of care this practice provides. As a forward-thinking practice you will be fully equipped with state-of-the-art superb facilities including a brand-new modern hospital, CT scanner and a dedicated leadership and RVN team to support with out of hours provision.
As senior Clinical Director you will be required and responsible for
- The clinical provision
- Working alongside the experiences business leader
- Manage a team of senior vets and head vets.
- Set clinical strategies and standards.
- Identify areas for development within the support teams.
- Managing your own case load
- Manage the Out of Hours clinical provision (No night work is expected)
- Ability to deliver outstanding service.
- Confident, Dynamic and compassionate leader
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and delegate where required.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working Monday - Friday however, our client can be flexible and will consider any working pattern for the right candidate. You will be required to participate in a weekend Rota.
