Part Time Online Veterinary Surgeon Required for RCVS Veterinary Practice Premises (VPP) in Nottingham. Providing veterinary medicines to pets all over the UK. This a Nottingham based non- patient facing part time permanent role of 30 hours a week. Offering the opportunity to work from home part of the week currently about a 50/50 split. Flexible working options are available regarding hours and WFH options. Some Key Responsibilities *The clients submit their veterinary prescriptions via the secure online portal, these are then clinically screened and dispensed by the team based in Nottingham. Screening prescriptions which are submitted against orders. Checking they are clinically safe and accurate as well ensuring prescription legalities are met. This may include liaising with customers if any clarification is required as well as liaising with veterinary practices across the UK if there are any queries. *Responding to customer queries where veterinary input is required.*Maintaining contact with veterinary medicine wholesalers to ensure a smooth process in supply.*Ensure compliance with RCVS and VMD regulations.*Dealing directly with customer complaints.*Participate in continuing education and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in veterinary medicine. *Provide expert advice and guidance to pet owners regarding their veterinary medicines.
