We're working with a well-established, independent small animal clinic in the East Midlands that’s home to a dedicated team of 3 vets and 4 experienced nurses, backed by a friendly reception and support crew. The practice offers excellent clinical standards and a genuine commitment to both team wellbeing and patient care.
🩺 What the Role Offers:
- Up to £65,000 per annum, DOE (FTE)
- Relocation support for those looking to move into the area
- Full or part-time hours considered to suit your lifestyle
- Weekend rota: 1 in 3 or 1 in 4, with time off in lieu
- No out-of-hours or on-call
Genuine progression pathway – ideal for someone ready to step into a senior or leadership role in the near future
You’ll be working in a standalone practice with modern facilities and a strong emphasis on continuity of care. If you have a bias towards surgery, or an interest in pursuing a certificate, there’s plenty of opportunity to build on that here.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3+ years’ experience in UK small animal practice
- Comfortable with both consultations and routine surgery
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A team-focused, proactive approach
- Desire to grow clinically and potentially step into a leadership role
🎁 What You’ll Receive:
