An established and highly regarded small animal practice in Oxfordshire is looking to recruit a Veterinary Surgeon to join its experienced and supportive team. The Role
- Full-time position across 4 days per week (40 hours)
- Shared weekend rota (1 in 3 or 1 in 6 full weekends) at a 24-hour hospital
- Participation in out-of-hours and bank holiday rota
- Exposure to a varied and rewarding caseload
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care in both consultations and surgery
- Create tailored treatment plans and communicate effectively with clients
- Maintain high standards of clinical and regulatory compliance
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit team
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and clinical development
