The Clinic

The Role
As Clinical Lead, you will be central to everything — from establishing clinical protocols to mentoring the team and helping shape how the clinic grows and evolves over time.
Day to day you will:
- Lead and mentor the veterinary team
- Set and maintain high clinical standards across the practice
- Support thorough case work-ups and clinical decision making
- Drive the implementation of wellness-based care programmes
- Contribute to workflows, protocols and clinic systems
- Work closely with leadership to support sustainable growth
This role keeps you clinically hands-on while giving you the platform to genuinely influence how the practice operates — supported by experienced leadership mentors throughout.
Who We Are Looking For
✔ Experienced small animal veterinarian — 5 or more years companion animal experience
✔ A natural mentor who enjoys developing and supporting those around them
✔ Someone who values high quality medicine and thoughtful case management
✔ Commercially aware or keen to develop business understanding
✔ Motivated by the opportunity to build something from scratch
✔ Previous leadership experience is an advantage but not essential
