Our client, with a wonderful team, has a Lead Vet position available. The practice has a mixed caseload of approximately 70% small animals, 30% farm animals and has a stand alone regenerative medicine and rehabilitation unit.
The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic, friendly farm-only or mixed veterinary surgeon with good communication skills.
As Lead Vet you would need:
** Real enthusiasm for farm work who is looking to take on the challenge of leading the large animal team.
** To line-manage the 5 Large Animal Vets and supporting the Clinical Director to ensure the farm side continues to thrive.
