Clinical Director – Roxburghshire, South Scotland
My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Director to guide their dedicated team into the next phase. The appointed candidate will oversee an accomplished Senior Leadership Team comprising an Equine Clinical Director, Practice Manager, Lead Vet, and Clinical Nursing Manager.
This role is centred on advancing both the clinical and commercial aspects of the practice, with backing from a Primary Care Director and relevant central support services. While prior experience in mixed practice is preferred, candidates with a focus on Companion Animal practice are equally encouraged to apply. My client seeks a dynamic leader who is enthusiastic about empowering teams through effective organisation, communication, and team building.
Responsibilities include both clinical and non-clinical duties, including an Out of Hours commitment of approximately 1 night and weekends on a rota basis – time will be given back in lieu for this.
