My client is offering a permanent vet to join their warm and friendly practice, where they prioritise a healthy work-life balance and foster a supportive atmosphere among colleagues. They are seeking someone dedicated to delivering high-quality service to clients and their beloved pets, emphasising effective communication, compassion, and meticulous attention to detail.
My client believes in transparent management and actively encourage feedback from team members to cultivate the best possible work environment. Out-of-hours work is well-managed, with a dedicated nurse available on call to assist veterinarians as needed. They take out-of-hours responsibilities seriously, with nurses prepared to be called in when necessary. Additionally, they offer a unique perk of having no routine weekend consulting, and a day off on Fridays will be given following your weekend on call.
This is a full-time position and on call can be optional and part-time applications also welcome.
