A Lead Vet Surgeon role has become available at our clients rural practice in the Ludlow area of Shropshire.
Between £65,000 and £70,000 per year.
If you are looking for a new small animal, first opinion role surrounded by a vibrant and tenacious team who strive to be their best everyday then this could be the role for you. The practice tries to provide a great work/life balance, with flexibility with shift patterns. You would be required to work 1:6 Saturdays at a nearby practice.
Candidates must:
** Demonstrate clinical leadership skills.
** Have experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients.
** Be able to implement a progressive clinical culture.
** Possess experience of using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.
