Clinical Director / Head Vet
Salary: Very Competitive - DOE
We are looking for a driven and experienced Clinical Director to lead this clinic from its very foundation. You will hold overall responsibility across clinical, financial and people performance, with the autonomy to shape the culture and direction of the practice. You will directly line manage the vet team, Nursing Director and Practice Director, supported by an experienced and collaborative leadership team, spending approximately 80% of your time clinically.
The ideal candidate will be a confident clinical leader with strong commercial awareness, a passion for team development and a commitment to evidence-based, high-quality care.
Veterinary Surgeon
Salary: Very Competitive - DOE | 3–8 Years Experience
We are also recruiting a talented Veterinary Surgeon to join this exciting new team. Based in a purpose-built clinic with state-of-the-art equipment and bespoke technology, you will deliver an exceptional standard of care in an environment designed to help you thrive.
The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years post-qualification experience, excellent surgical and diagnostic skills, and a genuine commitment to compassionate, client-focused care.
