AN ESTEEMED INDEPENDENT VETERINARY PRACTICE IS NOW EXPANDING
An opportunity has emerged for an experienced small animal vet to join the team and contribute to the DAYTIME ECC ROTA .
This reputable independent practice currently serves as the primary provider for out-of-hours emergency and critical care services for approximately 40 local practices. With a vision to broaden these services, they aim to establish a comprehensive 24/7 emergency center for the South Wales region.
The practice is seeking a dedicated vet with a passion for emergency medicine, who also values a healthy work-life balance without the obligation of overnight shifts. The facility boasts a state-of-the-art setup, recently constructed with extensive amenities, including a CT scanner.
Located amidst the captivating landscapes of South Wales, this practice offers an exceptional environment where city, coast, and mountains are all within a reasonable commute.
THE ROLE
- 4 days on, 4 days off
- No overnight shifts
- Average 35-hour week
- Salary range: £60k-78k
- Generous annual leave: 6.6 weeks (inclusive of bank holidays)
- CPD allowance: 5 days with a budget of £1750
- Payment of VDS and RCVS fees
- Two other professional subscriptions paid (e.g., BSAVA)
