Janks is working with a well established, successful client with a newly refurbished practice in Croydon.
As Lead Vet, you will have autonomy to influence the clinical direction of the practice! There is a great team in place with an experienced Head Nurse and support staff.
The right candidate will:
** Provide a high standard of clinical care, ensuring compliance and encouraging a progressive clinical culture across the team.
** Demonstrate a strong customer focus, managing the consistent delivery of exceptional care across the clients journey.
** Support your team and help develop skills where required.
** Manage direct reports and overall team performance and engagement
** Be responsible for the financial and operational performance of the practice
** Have previous clinical leadership experience
** Be confident with all routine surgeries and consults
** Possess great communication skills
** Be a good team player - working collaboratively in practice and with wider colleagues
Details:
- Up to £70,000
- 4-day week
- 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends
- CPD allowance with 3-days CPD leave
- RCVS, BVA and VDS fees paid
- 5 weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays
