Independent South Wales practice with a supportive long‑standing team, no OOH, flexible working, and strong CPD and certificate support.
Who They Are
This is a well‑established independent small animal practice in South Wales, known for its long‑standing team, supportive culture, and strong sense of community. Many colleagues have worked within the practice for over a decade, with team members progressing through in‑house training and development pathways.
The practice operates across multiple sites and is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, ECG, in‑house laboratory facilities, and dedicated dental equipment, enabling high‑quality first‑opinion case management. The clinic develops its own veterinary nurses wherever possible, supporting a cohesive and experienced clinical environment.
As an independent practice, decisions can be made quickly, and team feedback directly shapes clinical workflows, diary structure, and service improvements.
