With recent practice renovations, excellent facilities, and a genuinely supportive culture, this is a role designed around job satisfaction, flexibility, and sustainable working.

This opportunity has arisen due to a planned maternity leave and a long-standing team member moving on, creating scope for full-time or part-time hours, as well as permanent or fixed-term contracts.

The Role

15-minute appointments as standard, with flexibility for longer when needed

Well-managed diary with protected admin time built in

Hours

Full-time: 40 hours per week with a share of the weekend rota

Part-time: Ideally 2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday, 8:30am–7:00pm)

Flexible working patterns considered

The Team

You’ll be joining a large, experienced and close-knit team, including multiple vets, RVNs, VCAs and receptionists, creating a collaborative and well-supported working environment.

Practice ownership with a strong track record in mentoring and developing vets from new graduate through to confident GP level

Excellent nursing support, including leadership with advanced anaesthesia and critical care experience

A culture that genuinely prioritises wellbeing, development, and team stability

About the Practice

This is a standalone practice embedded in its local community, offering a varied caseload and loyal client base. The location provides easy access to major road networks and public transport, while also being close to countryside and coastline — ideal for work–life balance.
