Clinical Director / Head Vet
Salary: Very Competitive DOE
We are looking for a passionate and experienced veterinary surgeon ready to take the next step. As Clinical Director you will shape the future of this clinic from the very beginning, leading and developing the vet team, Nursing Director and Practice Director with full backing from an experienced leadership team. You will have the autonomy to lead across clinical, financial and people performance, spending approximately 80% of your time in practice.
The ideal candidate will have proven clinical excellence, strong leadership ability and a genuine passion for team wellbeing and professional development.
Veterinary Surgeon
Salary: Very Competitive DOE | 3–8 Years Experience
We are also seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join this innovative new team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional care using state-of-the-art facilities and bespoke technology, working alongside a highly skilled, collaborative team in a truly outstanding clinical environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years post-qualification experience, strong surgical and diagnostic skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
