My client are a friendly, well established Small Animal Vet Group in the South West region of London. They have 3 branches, each with a loyal client base and excellent facilities. They are progressive and forward-thinking, and believe in investing in staff and facilities to ensure their clients get the best service.
They are currently recruiting for a Vet on a permanent basis, but require a Locum in the meantime.
This role will be full time, with a good work life balance. The rota is a 4 day week alternating between early shifts (8am – 5:30pm) and late shifts (10am – 7:30pm) with only 1:4 Saturdays (9am – 5pm) and only 1:12 Sundays (10am – 4pm).
You will work well within a team, demonstrate leadership skills, and be able to focus on maintaining high levels of both patient and client care. You will be self-motivated, and have a warm, positive and compassionate approach to your work.
To allow you to work up cases fully and treat all patients to your full potential, the practice is well-equipped with on-site surgical, diagnostic, and dental facilities. Equipment includes digital x-ray/dental x-ray, endoscopes, laparoscopes, colour flow doppler ultrasound, k-laser, orthopaedic kit, tonopens and in-house lab, plus more.

Locum rates will be reflective of experience, and they are looking for cover from 7th May onwards. The rota can be flexible for a Locum, and payments can be made via Umbrella or Zero hours contracts.
