Clinical Director – South Yorkshire Area
As the appointed leader of my clients practice, you'll steer the course towards excellence in clinical services, foster associate engagement and development, drive practice growth, and ensure robust commercial performance. Your dedication to delivering superior service and outcomes for patients, clients, and associates will be paramount.
My client is seeking an individual who is either an experienced veterinarian looking to advance in their career or an established Clinical Director who is enthusiastic for leading and nurturing a highly esteemed and prosperous RCVS Veterinary Hospital.
Your role promises to be dynamic, stimulating, and multifaceted. You'll assume line management responsibilities for members of the Senior Leadership Team and Lead Vet. While your focus will encompass significant clinical duties, including consultations, surgeries, in-patient care, and diagnostics, you'll also devote time to mentoring and coaching colleagues, facilitating their growth and success. The balance between clinical and non-clinical responsibilities can be adaptable and tailored to suit the ideal candidate.
This is a full-time, permanent position with weekends on a rota basis.
