An independent, family run, small animal practice in South Yorkshire is seeking an experienced permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive team of 14 vets, 14 VNs and support staff. Well-equipped practice with excellent facilities including hydrotherapy and physio centre. The practice has 7 branches and sees a wide range of cases with around 20-30 surgical procedures per day. You will be working at the main site with a 3 vet team. This is a permanent, full time role working alternate 4 and 5 days per week. Average 7.5-hour working day. One weekend day (Sat or Sun) every 5 weeks (8am–5pm). No night emergencies. The role is ideally suited to a vet with some post graduate experience looking to build their surgical and clinical experience. Vehicle provided with role for both work and leisure. Accommodation available if required. On offer is a very competitive salary, clinical freedom, strongly encouraged and CPD allowance and 6 weeks holiday plus all bar one Bank Holiday.
