We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected Small Animal Hospital in South Yorkshire, offering an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a forward-thinking and well-supported clinical team.

The practice is a purpose-built, 24/7 veterinary hospital with an on-site emergency team and advanced facilities including:
- CT scanner
- Rigid and flexible endoscopy
- Advanced ultrasound
- Minimally invasive surgery capabilities
- Services including orthopaedics, neurosurgery, chemotherapy, and stem cell therapy
With multiple RCVS awards for excellence, this hospital is known for its commitment to both clinical standards and client care.
👥 The Team:
- 14 Veterinary Surgeons (including their own out-of-hours team)
- 24 Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs)
- 3 Student Veterinary Nurses (SVNs)
- 5 Animal Care Assistants (ACAs)
- Experienced administrative and non-clinical support staff

💼 About the Role:
We are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join the first-opinion day team.
You will:
- Manage a variety of routine medical and surgical cases
- Be confident working up cases to a high clinical standard
- Enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a busy hospital setting
- Have a genuine passion for patient care and client communication
- Both full-time and part-time applications are welcomed.
