In this role, you'll undertake sole charge responsibilities, requiring confidence and proficiency in both general surgical and medical skills. You'll collaborate with our supportive team of experienced RVNs and dedicated support staff. Additionally, the nearby branch provides additional support from a team of senior vets and nurses.
You'll enjoy clinical autonomy and ample time to fully manage and work up cases, with a diverse caseload and friendly support always available. There's room for professional growth and development in areas of special interest, with funding and support provided for certifications. Our collaborative team environment ensures a wealth of shared knowledge and experiences to draw from, fostering continuous learning and development.
We understand the importance of work-life balance and are committed to supporting our team members in achieving it. Flexible working arrangements, including part-time options, are available. Typically, this role involves a four-day week, with shifts between 9 am and 6:30 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am to 12:30 pm on a rotational basis. No out-of-hours requirements are needed.
