The Opportunity: Lead, Innovate, Succeed
This role is designed for a Vet who loves the clinical side of leadership. You will focus on medical excellence and mentoring, while a dedicated Practice Manager and the owners handle the bulk of the administrative heavy lifting.

- Clinical Mentorship: Support a strong team of 4 Vets and 6 Nurses, sharing your expertise in complex cases.

- Stability: Lead a team that includes staff members who have been with the practice for over 20 years—a true testament to the culture.
The Rota & Rewards
- Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum with twice-yearly reviews.
- Hours: 4-day week for a superior work-life balance.
- Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturdays, with NO Sundays and NO OOH.
- Equity: Direct pathway to partnership for those with the ambition to own a share of the business.
What We Are Looking For
You are a confident, enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for high-standard care. Ideally, you have experience leading or supporting a team and are comfortable tackling more complex surgical or medical cases to provide a safety net for junior colleagues.
