An established small animal practice in Staffordshire is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join as Lead Vet. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking clinical autonomy and the chance to shape the future of a growing practice, with a refurbishment and rebrand planned in the near future.
The successful candidate will take on a key leadership role within the clinical team, with strong support from the Practice Manager and Owners, allowing them to remain clinically focused while mentoring and developing colleagues. This role would suit a Vet with experience leading or supporting a team and managing more complex clinical cases.

- 4-day working week
- 1 in 3 Saturdays
- No Sundays or out-of-hours
