Are you a caring, client-focused veterinary surgeon looking to make a meaningful difference? Do you take pride in the work you do? At Dignipets, we specialise in home euthanasia, offering a unique and compassionate service to pets and their families. We’re looking for a dedicated vet to join our supportive and dynamic practice in Stafford, on a full time basis.
Our shift pattern has been designed to allow for a good work life balance, with working 13 days in every 28 day period.
- Schedule: 13 daytime shifts over a 4-week period (8am–8pm)
- Average Hours: 39 per week
- Weekends: 1 in 4
- Bank Holidays: 1 in 4
- Overtime: Paid
- Holiday: 5.6 weeks
- Support: Full training and ongoing support
- CPD: In-house and external CPD encouraged and funded
- Memberships: VDS, RCVS, and IAAHPC fully paid
- Hospice certificate funded for the right candidate

Qualifications
- MRCVS
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality end of life veterinary care to animals
- Communicate effectively with pet owners
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Drive to various locations as needed for calls
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive and efficient work environment
