Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to take the crucial next step into a Head Vet position? We are recruiting for a pivotal role at a spacious, standalone practice in the beautiful Staffordshire/Cheshire border region, offering direct influence and complete clinical freedom!

The Role:
This position is ideal for a capable, experienced Vet who is confident in both medicine and surgical procedures, or a strong Senior Vet ready to advance their career.
- Pivotal Role: Work directly alongside the practice owner (an experienced RVN) to ensure high clinical standards and seamless practice operations.
- Mentorship: Play an integral part in guiding and mentoring junior Vets (including a colleague with a special interest in exotics) while benefiting from the support of two very experienced Vets.
- Clinical Freedom: Complete autonomy to work up and treat your patients using state-of-the-art equipment (digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab).
- Special Interests: All specialisms are highly encouraged and supported (owner has interests in surgery and radiography).
Committed to helping you create the perfect balance, ensuring time for your other commitments:
- Schedule: Full-time or Part-time hours will be considered—we are flexible on how this looks!
- Weekends: Simple 1 in 4 Saturday mornings only (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Time Off: NO Sundays or Out-of-Hours (OOH) duties required.
