We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon, ideally with a background in leading or supporting a clinical team, who is ready to step into a pivotal leadership position.
- You will use your experience to lead and mentor a stable, experienced clinical team (some staff members have been with the practice for over 20 years).
- You will take the lead on more complicated cases and provide knowledge and guidance to junior members.
- You will collaborate closely with the owners to share innovative ideas and drive enhanced performance and care standards.

We recognise that outstanding leadership requires outstanding support for your wellbeing.
