A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vet to join a friendly and dedicated team as Lead Vet, on a permanent basis:
** up to 80k per annum (DOE)
** Professional Development
** Clinical qualifications funded and encouraged
** 4 days per week
** 1:3 Saturdays
** No Sundays or OOH’s
The team currently consists of 2 partners, 4 Vets, 6 Nurses and 3 receptionists and 2 practice managers. This is a great opportunity for you to lead a team but focus on the clinical with fantastic support from the practice manager and owners with other management responsibilities. You’ll have the autonomy to lead, innovate and mentor while being part of a close-knit team dedicated to delivering the highest standards of veterinary care.
The ideal candidate will have experience in more complicated surgical and medical cases. They are looking for an innovative vet who can really help to drive the practice forward, contributing to its continued growth and success.
