No matter your level, we offer superb opportunities for your development, with direct support available from cert holders, visiting specialists and a larger support network of regional vets who visit us on request. This still gives you the experience of dealing with the day-to-day caseload while having their help as and when needed.
We are pretty generous with our equipment and always keen to add to the collection, especially where it adds value to the development of our teams patient care. Our clients are a real good bunch and really appreciate the care and time we take in looking after them and their pets.
If you are not familiar with the area, you will soon get accustomed to be called ‘duck', being asked if ‘you want cheese on your oatcake' and finding out there are actually 2 Stoke's, in Stoke…. Beechwood is a few 100 meters from Kidsgrove train station. The local area is also known as ‘The Potteries, which is steeped in history, where the old blends in with the new. We are slap bang in between Manchester and Birmingham with great transport links and close to stunning areas like the Peak District and North Wales. Surrounded by lovely market towns such as Market Drayton, Newport & Nantwich with short drives to Ellesmere Port and Cannot outlet centres.
More than happy to chat to anyone looking for part time or full time. Our full time hours are 40 and these can be worked over 4 or 5 days. Saturdays mornings are on rotation and the shifts are only 0830-1300, giving you more of that day back. No OOH, on call, bank holiday or Sunday working.
