About the Role & Team:
You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team that works collaboratively across a varied small animal caseload. Whether you’re an all-round general practitioner or developing a clinical interest, the team is structured to provide a blend of autonomy and mentorship.
Flexible working options are available, including full-time, part-time, or fixed-term contracts, with a shared Saturday rota and no out-of-hours requirements.
The practice prides itself on providing excellent support through experienced clinicians, visiting specialists, and access to a wider clinical network—ensuring you have everything you need to thrive.
About You:
The successful applicant will be:
- A qualified and RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Confident with routine consultations and surgery (support is available if you’re still developing skills)
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Someone who values clinical freedom, ongoing development, and collaborative practice
- Keen to contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture
