Exciting Opportunity to Lead and Grow a Veterinary Practice
Are you passionate about driving positive change and fostering growth within a veterinary practice? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Clinical Director to join the team and play a pivotal role in elevating our client to new heights. Based across one of their three branches, you'll collaborate closely with the current Clinical Director, to oversee operations and enhance the quality of care we provide.
Nestled within easy reach of bustling hubs like London, Cambridge, and Norwich, the practice offers fantastic accessibility via well-connected rail links and nearby airports. Our client prioritizes the well-being of the team, patients, and clients, fostering a culture of collaboration and support where everyone's ideas are valued and encouraged.
The veterinarians enjoy a balanced schedule, with a four-day work week (36 hours) and a manageable 1 in 10-12 out-of-hours rotation. Plus, weekends involve minimal commitments, ensuring you have ample time to recharge. Flexibility is key, and they are open to adjusting administrative time to suit your preferences or allocate more time for clinical work.
Our client invests in both their practice and staff, offering opportunities for further education and specialization. Whether you're interested in expanding your expertise in ophthalmology, emergency, or critical care, they will always support your professional growth.
In addition to a competitive salary starting from £55-70k (depending on experience) and reimbursement for out-of-hours work, the comprehensive package includes:
- Generous £1750 CPD allowance (plus 4 days), with the option for higher support
- Coverage of RCVS & VDS fees and one professional membership of your choice
- 6.6 weeks of paid holiday, including Bank Holidays
- Health Shield benefits covering a wide range of health and well-being treatments
- Enhanced leave and pay options for paternity, maternity, adoption, shared parental leave, and surrogacy
- Generous discounts on veterinary fees and various other perks
- Access to the Cycle to Work scheme, company sick pay, and annual pay reviews
- A strong focus on employee well-being and development
