🐾 The Practice
- Independent, 100% small animal GP practice
- RCVS GP-accredited
- Approved Nurse Training Practice
- Open 8am–6pm with reliably on-time finishes
- No OOH (outsourced to a trusted ECC provider)
- 20-minute consults with structured consulting blocks
- Efficient, well-designed systems to reduce stress and improve outcomes
You’ll be supported by a loyal, engaged, and affluent client base in a calm, well-managed environment.

👩⚕️ The Role
A balanced first-opinion GP role combining consulting and surgery.
- Full-time: 40 hours over 4 days (part-time considered)
- No OOH
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (sole charge)
- Typical ops day: 2–8 procedures (average around 4)
- Routine surgery, dentistry, soft tissue, and imaging
- Structured days with either a mid or late consult session – never both
Strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, efficiency, and ensuring manageable workloads with proper breaks built into the day.

💷 Salary & Benefits
- £45,000 – £65,000 DOE
