Our client is looking for a Lead Vet to join their small referral practice in Guildford. You would join a fully accredited RCVS practice that expects strict standards to ensure the team is up to date with the latest techniques. They encourage development and are continually looking for ways to improve the service to both clients and patients alike.
As Lead Vet you will be responsible for directing the practice and its staff in providing the very best care to clients and their pets. The Ideal candidate would have 5+ years Vet Surgeon experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all team members provide quality, ethical care to all clients and their pets.
- Assess, examine, and diagnose patients’ medical issues including but not limited to surgeries, diagnostics, imaging, and ultrasound testing.
- Provide high standards of clinical care and to ensure delivery against agreed performance measures.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional clinical quality and care standards in your practice, always encouraging a progressive clinical culture
