The right candidate will be an enthusiastic team player excited at the idea of joining this exceptional team.
This practice has a stunning brand new purpose built equine clinic. Facilities include stabling for day cases, stocks, knockdown box for surgery, equine consultation room along with a large indoor arena for working up horses in the dry. The position is primarily ambulatory but clients are actively encouraged to bring their horses into the state of the art clinic.
The right candidate will benefit from the fully kitted out clinic with equipment including an Equinosis Lameness Locator, Digital X-ray, Gastroscope, Endoscope, Colour Doppler Ultrasound (including multiple probes), motorised dental equipment, in-house and portable blood machines.
CPD and further clinical development is strongly encouraged and supported.
This position is open to both new graduates/internship and more experienced Equine veterinary surgeons (salary is dependent on experience)
On call requirements are 1 night a week, with a 1 in 4 weekend on call.
