Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their forward-thinking team. They are open to two distinct profiles:

Option 1: The Clinical Lead

Step into a mentorship role where you can shape the future of the practice.

• Lead & Mentor: Coach a young, passionate team and set clinical standards.
• Autonomy: Drive excellence in a clinic that values continuity of care and genuine client connection.
• Support: Full backing from a wider clinical network, including leadership induction and peer mentoring.

Option 2: The Senior Surgeon/GPC

• Perhaps you want to move away from management and simply focus on what you love—veterinary medicine.
• Variety: From routine GPC work to second-opinion cases and visiting specialists (Orthopaedics).
• Independence: Work with a loyal client base in a supportive, fun environment.

The Clinic: A Contemporary Space

This is a purpose-built facility designed for both patient comfort and team flow:

• Specialised Zones: Three consult rooms, a peaceful end-of-life suite, and dedicated feline-only consult and hospital areas.
• Surgical Excellence: Sterile surgery suite, dedicated imaging room, and a separate dental suite.

About You
