I am currently working with a really progressive independent practice in Cardiff who are seeking an additional Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit team.
The practice offer a really supportive environment, giving you real clinical autonomy, in a practice where decisions are made by vets, not by spreadsheets. They are really supportive of team well-being and offer a 40 hour week, with a fair share of weekends on rota.
