Veterinary Surgeon – West London – Up to £75,000
Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to be part of something new from the very beginning? This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new, modern small animal clinic opening in West London in Summer 2026. You’ll play a key role in shaping the clinic culture, clinical standards, and ways of working from day one, supported by an established wider team.
This is a fantastic role for a vet with around 5+ years’ experience who enjoys a balance of consulting and surgery and wants to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
The Role
- 4 days per week, offering excellent work-life balance
- Shared weekend rota (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Mix of consultations and routine surgery
- Opportunity to help shape clinical protocols and team culture from the outset
- Work alongside a supportive team of 4–5 Veterinary Surgeons
About You
- MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Ideally 5+ years’ small animal experience
- Confident with routine consultations and surgical procedures
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about delivering high clinical standards and patient care
- Interested in contributing to the growth and success of a new clinic
Salary & Benefits
- Salary from £45,000 up to £70,000 depending on experience
- 4-day working week
