A rare opportunity has arisen to join the management team in West Lothian, Scotland. The 3-site practice is a 24-hour hospital based in the attractive south side of Edinburgh, treating small animal patients from all across the city. The out-of-hours cover team cover practice patients and those of the user practices. The Clinical Director will co-manage a team of 65 members of staff (including 18 Vets) alongside another CD and practice manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Clinical duties
- Management, coaching and support of colleagues
- Business strategy
- Financial planning and budgeting
You will need excellent all-round clinical capabilities as well as enthusiasm and energy to drive the business forward. The role will consist of a 4 day week including an competitive salary and package including certificate and CPD support, generous holiday, memberships paid plus more.
