JR has a very exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director to shape the future of our clients Wolverhampton based practice.
This role offers a varied caseload, mentoring colleagues, and setting clinical and professional objectives to achieve best practices in colleague, patient, and client care. As a Clinical Director in the first opinion practice, you will undertake a clinical role including surgery and consultations, while steering the practice towards excellence and growth alongside the senior leadership team. They offer a balanced split between clinical and managerial duties, and actively encourage and support leadership and development certificates. You’ll work across both of the practices sites.
Up to £75,000 DOE, plus up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance
Shifts and rotas:
The practice offers a flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours, ensuring you can strike the right balance between work and personal life. Whether you are looking for a full or part time role, the right rota pattern can be found for you. A typical full time role involves working 4 days per week, totalling 40 hours, with shifts either from 8:30am to 6:30pm or 9:00am to 7:00pm. You will also work 1:4 Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 2:00pm. No OOH duties, and we are closed on Bank Holidays and Sundays.
