Jenna's client is looking for a Lead Clinical Director to join their team starting as soon as possible.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Vet to further develop their career across a multi-site high revenue business with experience of being a consistent strategic leader ensuring high quality delivery of business activities.
You will have overall responsibility for financial delivery of the business, with an entrepreneurial approach for identifying opportunities to develop strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.
You will ensure that clinical quality improvement as well as Associate fulfilment and engagement, are an integral part of your practice outputs, alongside a culture of being committed to excellence in all that is done.
There is a vet team of 16 includes 7 Certificate holders, plus a further 6 Vets currently studying. These include cardiology, dermatology, medicine, dentistry, ophthalmology, and surgery - soft tissue and orthopedic.
