Job Title: Veterinary Surgeon - Independent Practice

Job Summary
An independent, family-owned veterinary group is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join a modern, purpose-built practice in the West Midlands. This role is ideal for a confident vet who is passionate about delivering high-quality, affordable, Fear Free–centred care in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The practice is well established, growing, and equipped to a high standard, offering an excellent opportunity for career development within a close-knit and experienced team.
The Role
- Working within a new, purpose-built veterinary practice
- Part of a stable and experienced clinical team, including a highly experienced clinical lead
- Mix of consulting and surgical/theatre work
- 15-minute consultations with protected daily administration time
- Four days per week (08:45–19:00)
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (08:30–13:00), reducing as the team grows
- No out-of-hours work
Salary
- Up To £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience
