We’re working with an exciting new independent small animal clinic in West Sussex, seeking a compassionate vet to help shape their growing practice. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive, progressive environment that values collaboration, development, and genuine work–life balance.
What you’ll do:
🐾 Conduct consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
✂️ Perform surgeries from routine neuters to more complex procedures
💊 Administer vaccinations, medications, and preventative treatments
🤝 Work closely with nurses and support staff to ensure excellent patient care
📋 Maintain accurate medical records and build lasting client relationships
What we’re looking for:
✅ MRCVS
✅ Experience in small animal practice
✅ Confident in routine surgery and consultations
✅ Great communication and teamwork skills
✅ Enthusiastic about contributing to an independent, growing clinic
