Our client has an exciting opportunity for a new dynamic person to join their amazing team as a Clinical Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring colleagues, enhancing, and setting clinical & professional objectives to achieve best practice in colleague, patient and client care. Whilst undertaking a clinical role including surgery and consultations as well as steering the practice towards excellence and growth together with the senior leadership team. Our client can offer a balanced split between clinical and managerial duties to support you in your role.
This is a single site practice with huge potential and development opportunities, equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound machine, dental machine, multiparameter, in-house Idexx laboratory machines and laboratory equipment. The successful candidate will be supported by a proud team composed of 1 experienced full-time veterinary surgeon, 1 proactive registered veterinary nurse, 2 fantastic animal care assistants and 3 amazing, experienced support staff. You will also be supported by the committed Area Director and Area Support Manager so that you can hit the ground running from day one! This is a Full-Time role working 4 days a week 8am – 6pm with No Out of Hours or Bank Holidays required. Our client offers a flexible approach therefore will consider a full-time or part-time role for the right candidate in order to suit the perfect work/life balance.
This role offers a salary of up to £95,000 DOE (pro rata for part-time) as well as Expenses paid for interview, plus a range of benefits including,
