The Role
For a Vet Surgeon who wants progression! Here at Richmond House, we have a spot just for you.
We have recently recruited a new clinic Director Rebecca Verity who has been with the business for 4 years and in the field for 8. She has built a fantastic team at another site and achieved excellent standards of care. Rebecca is looking for a Vet who wants to develop into a clinic director and someone who is looking for the mentorship and support in this area.
Often clinic director’s start with little to no guidance and learn as they work, this is an opportunity to work alongside one of our very best and to be mentored and supported.
Our plan would be to work with you as a deputy over a 2–4-year period to develop your confidence and skills and then Rebecca intends to step back as mentor leaving space for you to take the clinic as your own.
This is a role full of possibility and development. The option to have a certificate funded is available. We are starting fresh; this role can be moulded to your strengths and interests. We welcome vets with varying interests and experience levels.
Rota Flexibility
There is scope for this position to be full or part-time hours, we are proud to say that we are flexible in our approach to rotas and your work life balance. There are no out of hours with this role and initially no weekend work. We can offer a wide range of working patterns including school hours, term time and so many weeks on followed by so many off. We value work life balance above all else as we would like our team to feel refreshed, motivated, and happy!
Accommodation can be provided, and a relocation package is available for the successful applicant of up to £5000.
Salary up to £72,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
