Senior Surgical Veterinary Surgeon

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 (DOE)
A modern, purpose-built small animal hospital in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon with a strong surgical focus to join its highly skilled and collaborative team. With advanced facilities and a large team of experienced vets, this role offers exposure to a varied and complex caseload.
The position is primarily hospital-based, with occasional time in a branch setting, and involves working alongside an experienced surgical team to deliver both routine and advanced procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident surgeon looking to further develop their expertise in a well-equipped and supportive environment.
The role offers flexible full or part-time hours, a fixed day off each week, participation in a 1 in 4 weekend rota, and no regular out-of-hours commitments.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS), confident in surgery and ideally holding (or working towards) a surgical certificate. Experience or interest in orthopaedics would be advantageous, alongside a collaborative and professional approach.
