As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll complement our team of 15 Vets, 15 RVNs and a whole team of great support staff. You will grow your knowledge as you work alongside many skilled & supportive certificate holders (including certificates in medicine, surgery, dermatology and ECC). Our experienced team means that we can deal with surgical and medical cases in house allowing you to follow your own cases with clinical freedom and support.
We believe our patients deserve to have 24 hour care provided by the professionals their owners trust. This benefits you as our in-house OOH provision means you have continuity of cases (as well as some of those exciting emergencies!) We understand however the effect on-call has on work life balance, so we have made this low impact and very flexible. Our full-time vets currently work 4 day weeks (fixed day off) and 1 in 5 weekends. We are very happy to discuss flexible working.
We invest in our vets! As we grow our surgeries and move towards our brand new hospital (due Autumn 2024), we’re looking for veterinary surgeons keen to develop their skills with us and are happy to cater to your interests. We actively encourage and support study towards further qualifications.

Salary scale: £34,000 – £60,000K (advanced scale for certificate holders)
