Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive environment. This Fixed-term maternity cover role is adaptable to align with your clinical interests and expertise, allowing for professional growth and tailored support.
The role is within a Tier 3 Hospital with flexible duties across consulting, operating, hospital care, and medical imaging, along with caseload that allows for specialization based on your interests and skillset. You will have opportunities to discuss cases in Vets meetings and Morbidity & Mortality rounds to enhance quality of care. You will be working alongside a friendly and welcoming team who values clinical excellence and compassionate care.
Facilities include a comprehensive imaging suite including X-ray, multiple ultrasound scanners, onsite CT, and visiting MRI, Four theatres with a dedicated surgical nursing team, Certificate-holder-led services, Dental suite with X-ray capabilities, Endoscopy options: Rigid, flexible, and laparoscopic procedures, Separate wards for dogs, cats, and exotic animals, Dedicated ICU, Onsite laboratory with technician for advanced diagnostics, Separate dog and cat waiting areas, Seven consultation rooms.
This is a Full-Time, Fixed-term (Maternity cover) role, working 4 days a week with 1:4 weekends with an extra day off following.
