What You’ll Do

• Deliver first‑opinion clinical care, including consultations, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
• Perform routine and non‑routine surgeries, with support to expand into areas of interest.
• Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment to work up cases thoroughly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the hospital team and referral colleagues to ensure high standards of care.
• Communicate clearly with clients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and aftercare instructions.
• Ensure all clinical work follows RCVS guidelines, focusing on patient safety, pain management, and evidence‑based practice.
• Contribute to a shared case discussion culture, supporting continuous improvement and team development.
