What You’ll Do
- Deliver first‑opinion clinical care, including consultations, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
- Perform routine and non‑routine surgeries, with support to expand into areas of interest.
- Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment to work up cases thoroughly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the hospital team and referral colleagues to ensure high standards of care.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and aftercare instructions.
- Ensure all clinical work follows RCVS guidelines, focusing on patient safety, pain management, and evidence‑based practice.
- Contribute to a shared case discussion culture, supporting continuous improvement and team development.
