An established small animal practice in the heart of Salisbury is looking for an experienced Lead Vet to join their friendly and supportive team! 🏥 With a loyal client base built over 20+ years and a varied caseload (including high surgical demand), this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a clinical leadership role while enjoying all that beautiful Wiltshire has to offer 🌳

👩⚕️ The Role:
As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll guide the clinical team, ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with clinical and operational standards. You'll also work closely with the Practice Manager to support overall practice performance and growth 📈
🗓️ Working Pattern:
4-day week with fixed days off
1 in 3 Saturdays
Relocation allowance available if moving 50+ miles 🚚
