Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for a consult-only role with excellent work-life balance? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, family-run practice where you can focus on providing outstanding clinical care without the pressure of OOH or Sundays.
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £70,000 DOE (FTE)
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings only (9am–12pm)
- No Sundays or OOH
- Flexible working – part time considered (minimum 3 days)

About the Practice:
You’ll be joining a well-established small animal practice with an excellent reputation for patient care and client service. The surgery is purpose-built to industry-leading standards, fully air-conditioned, and equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house Idexx lab equipment and more.
The team is made up of experienced vets, qualified RVNs, a student nurse, and dedicated support staff who pride themselves on creating a welcoming, collaborative, and supportive environment. There’s plenty of opportunity to learn, share knowledge, and enjoy a great sense of team spirit.
About You:
- We’re looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who is:
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate about animal welfare
- Confident with consultations and ideally has a medical/consult bias
- A great communicator and team player
- Happy to adapt to either a consult-only or general practice role
