Salary: Up to £60,000 FTE (DOE)
A well-established, friendly small animal practice in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its close-knit and supportive team. The practice prides itself on a collaborative culture and offers a varied caseload, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of consulting and surgery.
This role includes a mix of consultations and procedures, with some sole charge and occasional involvement in supporting veterinary students. The position offers flexibility across 3–4 days per week, with a 1 in 4 Saturday rota (9am–2pm) and no out-of-hours or bank holiday work, supporting a strong work-life balance.
The successful candidate will be RCVS registered, confident in general practice, and comfortable managing a varied caseload, while contributing positively to a team-focused environment.
