BreathEazy Launches Respiratory Educator CPD With Free Aero® Chamber Offer

BreathEazy, leading provider of respiratory technology, is pleased to announce the UK launch of the Respiratory Educator Masterclass CPD. Led by Dr Anthony Gonzalez DVM, DACVECC, this webinar-based course which has streams for both veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses, covers all aspects of canine and feline respiratory case management. The course counts for four hours of CPD and is free to access here.

Inhaled therapies are widely used in the management of feline asthma and are increasingly recognised for their benefits in canine respiratory disease, including canine chronic bronchitis and tracheal collapse.
Participants will gain invaluable insights into the management of both infectious and non-infectious respiratory disease. With a strong practical focus, topics covered include the use of auscultation to guide diagnosis and lung pattern interpretation, as well as the latest updates on the use of inhaled therapies.
The course also addresses barriers to the use of spacers including owner concerns regarding ease of use. Dr Gonzalez explains how he dispels client apprehensions, emphasising that many cat owners find inhaled medication easier to administer than tablets.
Dr Gonzalez is a board certified veterinary critical care specialist at Cornell University. As a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care with a clinical interest in pulmonary medicine he brings his extensive expertise to the course. He is joined by Alyssa Mages, a Veterinary Technician with over 16 years’ clinical experience.
